No required programs. No one-size-fits-all routines.

Hands-On Therapy
Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, and targeted compression.
Mobility & Stretching
Assisted stretching, PNF techniques, and guided movement.
Specialized Tools
Cupping, scraping, kinesiology taping, and appropriate hot or cold applications.
Assessment & Education
Movement screening, body awareness, recovery recommendations, and practical movement strategies.
You don't need to know which techniques to request. We'll discuss your preferences and select appropriate options together.
The technique isn't the goal. Progress is.
Your First Visit
Come as You Are. Start Where You Are.
Every session starts with a conversation. We'll discuss your concerns, relevant health history, preferences, and goals before beginning any hands-on work.
From there, we work together to determine what makes sense for your appointment. You can ask questions, share feedback, and adjust your comfort or pressure preferences at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a movement assessment before booking?
No. You can book therapeutic bodywork without a formal functional movement assessment.
Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?
No. Single appointments are welcome. Follow-up recommendations may be discussed when appropriate, but they're always your choice.
Is Momentum a traditional spa experience?
Momentum is a massage therapy practice with a focus on purposeful hands-on work, movement, recovery, and education. Relaxation can absolutely be part of your session.
Will every session involve stretching, cupping, or scraping?
No. Techniques are selected according to your needs, preferences, and suitability. Nothing is automatically included or required.
What if I just want a relaxing 60-minute session?
That's completely valid. The therapeutic approach simply means we start with a brief conversation about your needs — the session itself is shaped around what you want.
Do you accept insurance?
Momentum does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service. We can provide documentation for potential HSA/FSA reimbursement.
