MAD Remote Performance Lab
Your Footage. Personalized Movement Insight.
Distance and busy schedules shouldn't prevent families from accessing individualized movement education. Submit baseball or softball footage for a personalized narrated analysis, or schedule a live virtual consultation to review observations and recommendations together.
How It Works
Five Steps to Movement Insight
SUBMIT
Send your footage and a brief questionnaire describing the movement you want to understand.
OBSERVE
Jillian reviews your footage using slow-motion playback and movement observation techniques.
EDUCATE
Receive a narrated video breakdown or live consultation explaining what was observed and why it matters.
DEVELOP
Receive specific movement-development priorities and practical exercises or educational recommendations.
REVISIT
Use a future review or live consultation to discuss questions and observable changes.
More than watching film. Learning how the body moves.
Section 05 — Choose Your Analysis Experience
Two Ways to Get Personalized Movement Feedback
I'd launch with two options and introduce the combined package after you've tested the workflow.
Option 01 · Watch Whenever You Want
MAD Personalized Video Breakdown
A personalized narrated analysis of one baseball or softball skill using submitted footage.
What's included:
- •Review of up to three short clips focused on one skill.
- •A narrated video breakdown, approximately 6–10 minutes.
- •Visual observations, explanations, and two or three development priorities.
- •Practical recommendations that complement existing sport instruction.
Best for families who want detailed, replayable feedback without scheduling a meeting.
Suggested delivery goal: within five business days after receiving usable footage and the completed questionnaire.
Option 02 · Live & Interactive
MAD Live Virtual Movement Analysis
An interactive video consultation where you and your athlete review submitted footage with Jillian.
What's included:
- •Pre-appointment review of selected footage.
- •Live slow-motion playback and discussion.
- •Questions and movement education.
- •Individualized recommendations and next steps.
Best for families who want to ask questions, engage in the discussion, and learn together in real time.
A separately produced narrated video is not included. Parent or guardian participation is required for minors.
Preparing Your Video Submission
Good Footage Makes for More Useful Feedback.
You don't need professional recording equipment. A smartphone video is often enough to begin.
Show the full body
Keep the athlete's feet, hips, trunk, shoulders, and arms visible throughout the movement.
Use a steady camera
Avoid excessive zooming, shaking, or frequent camera-angle changes.
Capture multiple attempts
Two or three repetitions can provide more context than a single movement.
Include useful angles
A side view and a front or rear angle can help, when safe and practical.
Identify one specific focus
Tell Jillian what you'd like to better understand—throwing, hitting, fielding, or another movement.
Keep clips short
Submit up to three clips according to the service instructions.
Parents or guardians must authorize submissions for minors. Avoid uploading footage containing identifiable teammates or other children unless appropriate permission has been obtained. Footage should be submitted through an approved private upload method.
